"Vision Into You" Journal

Daily Journal Questions and Affirmations

Harmony is mine in all relationships

Joural Question:  In what ways can I attract more harmony into my life? What is mine to understand within Harmony?

Your dedicated work on forgiveness invites harmony into your life. It is your proclaimation that you God resides in you as you.  Harmony is knowing that your heart has a deeper understanding of all things: life, love, relationships. Love guides us to listen in nonjudgemental ways, allowing for all things to flow without obstacles that are too large to overcome.

By looking at circumstances more thoughtfully, you will be able to find the points of agreement with the people and situations in your life.  These commonalities help us to interact with others in ways that promote kindness and compassion.  And isn't that what the Christ Consciousness is? To be able to see things from a higher vantage point - without the obstacle of clouds?

Affirmation: As I allow the love of God to permeate my thoughts and actions, harmony is established in my relationship with self and all others.

I forgive and I AM forgiven - I have peace of mind and heart

Journal Question:  I have worked and walked through passages of "forgiveness," yet I know that there is still forgiveness to be given. There is always residual forgiveness to be done for the acts of forgiveness already taken. What within me needs to be released in forgiveness? Whom or what must I forgive? And who is awaiting to receive my forgiveness?

Let's face it, saying "I'm Sorry" isn't always the easiest act to committ to. It takes an enormous amount of courage, diginity, and astuteness to be the first to make amends. But taking that first step is crucial to your spiritual wellness and wholeness and it is truly the first step towards peace of heart and mind.  If you have wronged another or there is a perception of wrongdoing, begin the healing process of forgiveness through prayer and meditation. Ask Spirit, "how can I best approach this situation?"  Admitting the need for action is you resonating through your higher self. It is the best part of who you are humbly.  We must look inward first to see what needs forgiving in self.  Being unable to forgive yourself does not allow others to forgive you. Much in the same way: if you do not have the ability to love your "self," how will others love you?! Forgiveness works in the exact same way.

Spirit works within you and within all situations to establish harmony, patience, wholeness, and is the catalyst to soothe emotions where otherwise they would be turbulent. Trust the seat of your soul, walk the passages of forgiveness, and allow yourself the freedom of release. Holding on to the past keeps you stapled to the past; in order to ascend, expand, and grow within you must be courageous, diginified and astute to move forward in light.

Affirmation: Through the power of Spirit (God within), I give and receive forgiveness. I am at peace with myself and others. I AM whole, I AM free.

In truth, you are the I AM Spirit

Journal Question: What are the things I can be doing to further enrich my I AM presence?

Recognizing and welcoming your Spirit is to know above all things that your I AM is Spirit, that it is always wise, always well, always rich.  In knowing this truth we must give up all ideas that we are foolish, sick, or in need.  Realize that the I AM in you is the I AM of infinite being.  It is that within you which is eternal, enduring, and constant. It is that within you which knows no defeat.

When you say "I AM," you are not speaking of the personal or something on the exterior of "who" you are; you are realizing and assimilating the presence of Spirit. From the depths of your being comes the voice "I AM." You recognize it as a voice of Spirit proclaiming the presence of peace, wisdom, of life and love.

Affirmation: I truth I am not doubtful or weak, I AM Spirit and have been throughtout all generations and life times.  The I AM iin me is the presence of GOD.

Choosing Patience

Journal Questions:  What are the triggers that make me impatient? How can I change my perspective to view the triggers as something to learn from rather than to react to?

Every day we have the choice to cultivate and strengthen any trait we choose. Today elect to develop the quality of "Patience." Co-creating you life with God, choose to be patient and grow in you understanding that all things happen in their own time.

There is "a time for every matter under heaven." Affirming wholeness, abundance, peace, and wisdom wait patiently for demonstration to occur in the right place and time.  In the silence of pray and meditation, draw your patience from Spirit - your God within.

Affirmation: In my dealings with others, I exercise my Spirit-directed patience in every conversation and interaction. I approach life with the kindness and compassion that are a natural result of a patient heart and mind.
