Meditation
~
It was as if my chest became
an arch of two weightless doors
and through these open doors
I could see beyond the vision
of my eyes
~
a white expanse of light
a peace, a purity emanating
I stepped into the seeming
nothingness
and it was everything
~
I was there some time
before I was aware that
I had entered my own being
and I was in the presence of Spirit
inhaling and exhaling
shared breath.
